CANCELLATION POLICY:
PLEASE note we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please allow notice so your service provider can fill your appointment (When they have no notice they can not fill that time resulting in a loss of money on their paycheck and inability to provide other guests with that appointment).
Repeat late cancels will require a credit card on file. Charges may occur for no shows or late cancels or refusal of future bookings.
We understand emergencies happen (we have them too!).
RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
Returns- We accept returns of products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange
Refunds- We do not offer refunds for services provided. We do however hold up our promise that if you are not satisfied with services paid for that we will make it right at no cost to you. (This does not include wanting services not already paid for to achieve your look. In corrective situations, not all color/cut corrections can be fixed in one visit, you may be asked to sign a contract stating your understanding that repairs sometimes take longer).
